Prom Night - Royal Rumble

PROM NIGHT is one of the important night for all the high school student. In here in this moment, we dressed as nice as possible, we go to the saloon, get hair done, get make up done, buy a pair of new high heels, or contact lenses. Everybody get really prepare for this important night. After weeks have no meet with one high school generation, this is one of the beautiful part of ending the high school moment, the step when we are teenager to mature, the step that really crucial to deciding our mission, our plans, our dreams, and this is the step where all our hard work after six years in elementary school, 3 years in middle school, and 3 years in high school proved. 

Usually in here, we are already know, what we want to be, and what we want to do. In here we are focused. Actually I love this step, where I don't have to sit down in the class, staring the whiteboard and listen very carefully 100%, pressure to finish the test in 90 minutes (example). When we are already deciding, we know that we can learn in anywhere anytime, with the way we want. Like meeting people, getting ready for build a business with your partner in cafe, or lounge, with your notebook, maybe a sketch book, and your laptop. Talking about your passion or your job that can produce a lot of money (maybe not a lot sometimes, maybe just enough) but as long as we are still young, that not really a big problem because we don't have any responsibilities for anybody anyone yet. But sure, soon, you will have the family, kid, that is your responsibilities to take them to school, buy a new home, or paying a credit card. If you're woman, maybe your savings it's a little bit save, but if you're a man...hoho it's dangerous for having one job that produce money just enough. Just for case, I think it's really really crucial (this is serious.. very very..) for having minimum 2 jobs. Haha just sharing what I'm thinking now. Happy days!

Dark & Romantic

SPARKLE What is sparkle? Chain? What is a chain? Dark and Romantic? What is the connections between Sparkle, Chain, Dark and Romantic? Black and white are always a great combinations, we can wear white or black in every color we wear. Sparkle, you see the skirt I wear? That is sparkle. When the lights start to flashing the sparkle, it would be shine. That's the special thing about sparkle. The other thing that as beautiful as sparkle can we find in sequin. That is one of the most gorgeous material ever. Chain, usually chain point to metal rings that be connected one to the other one and become one and unity. You see the necklace I wear? That's chain. Chain can also used to the shoulder part of leather jacket, I would make a strong statement, or..we can put it into a long black classy dress. It would give accentuation clearly.

I have already tell you what is sparkle and chain. Both are great things, they have their own character and if we can combine it creatively, I think it would be a nice nice thing, like I said about white and black. I dream to be a designer, so here are the thing in my mind. Black is always beautiful, white is always bright and stunning. Sequin is always sparkling and shining, and chain is always strong. It would be such a amazing collaboration between them, than we can produce something dark and romantic to face this epic, tragic, and pathetic world. Actually I don't know what I'm saying, I just want to say that. :)

Lost in Baby Blue

THE ONE AND ONLY the best summer I have ever had was in 2012. Went to all-my-lifetime dreaming place, Paris such a great experience with my friends. They called it summer, but I called it winter (it's like Phineas and Ferb -- Swinter) haha. I live in tropical country, the place where we can relish and be thankful for the warmness and 12 hours day and 12 hours night. This dress I bought it in H&M when summer 2012. What I love about this dress is the color. No color can compete this, it's like I wish heaven is full with this color :)) Beside that what I love about this dress is the simplicity and feminism. Not showing too much skin, and appropriate with this tropical weather. It feels mild and calm.

Talking about the color and the look of this dress, I decided to wearing this with my favorite heels. The color is nude, so it will match with everything on the top. But sometimes I have to think again and again to wear this heels for shopping walk or go to the event because of the height. Usually I rather wear the middle height one - for example 7-10 cm or maybe shoes that covering all the front side of our feet. With that type of heels, the possibility of your feet will hurt is less than the one who wear shoes that not covering the front side of their feet. Just wear something that can reflect who you are. One of the lessons that my photographer (Fary) gave me is, do not let your clothes control your personality, you are the one that control your personality. It means please do not walk confidently because you wearing something nice, you have to walk confidently in everything you wear, because it means you are the owner of yourself. Thank youu :))

I'M BACK Back from a tons of exam, back from hectic schedule. National examination passed half month ago, but sorry for a long tardiness, hehe I'm enjoying this long free time. In this free time, we usually use it for studying to prepare ourselves for university selection test. For those people who already got one, they can feel more relax than the other people. I use this free time to learn a lot of things and do a lot of things, like I can accompany my father's project and learn a lot from that. Meeting a bunch of people and listening to what they say. Beside that, actually I got a lot of pictures and looks but, I think I just not ready yet to post it, and now I'm ready. By the way I want to say Happy Birthday to one of my best friends, Diani Putri Pracasya in her 18th birthday I wish the best and a lots of hugs and love from me. She has been a really good friend of me since three years ago, when we were classmate. And I want to say a lot of thank you to Fary Hendrayana that he helps me to do this during this free time. When I did this photo, I felt like having a jazz-country music album, but I think it is close with impossibility hahaha. Beside do some things, I also watch a looott of movie, it means a lot yeah streaming. I watched That Awkward Moment, Charlie St Cloud (I'm crazy with Zac Efron now), Ellen Show, Crazy Stupid Love, Easy A(and also Emma Stone), Romeo+Juliet, A Little Thing Called Love, The Amazing Spider-Man 1 & 2, 27 dresses, and.... I forgot. I can't understand why Emma Stone is so pretty, she change her hair color to blonde, brown, red, and it fits in her and she still pretty. I remember she became a Revlon lipstick ambassador...am I right? Yah the point is I adore her! :D By the way I cut my log hair, what do you think?

Postpone

I have to tell you that I'm so sorry that I have to postpone the blogging until middle of April, because I have to prepare my high school final exam for graduation. So I have a little bit busy time here :( Studying hard every day to get my maximum score for my graduation and be accepted in university that I wanted, and I have to work too to prepare the prom night. Wish me luck and do the best for that all and see you in April! :)

Viktor & Rolf Spring Summer 2014

FIRST TIME I WATCH This video I thought the ballerina and the whole thing is just the opening of the fashion show, while the truth is... all the couture that the ballerina wear is the brand new collection of Viktor & Rolf Haute Couture Spring Summer 2014! Isn't just amazing? It means that the model must have an ability for dancing ballet, or maybe the designers took the ballerina as model? Whatever, it;s out of the box and pretty insane, also the outfit was really really great. But it's pretty horror when I see the face, it covered by the messy hair, but I think it's a part of art. Sometimes, beautiful is never enough for someone artistic like both designers! But this is very unique and I appreciated so well.

MAKE THE PRIORITY These pictures been taken around two weeks ago, but I just edited these pictures yesterday and having a chance and time to upload this today. This month is really busy with school's tasks, the preparation for national examinations, meeting for prom night, and the other things. Day after day passed very quickly, I almost realized that I just have only 3 months before national examinations, college entrance exams, prom night, and in the mid-year we have to start the college. Some of my friends still in Jakarta, and the other else will going to other town, near far. When I was in 5th grade elementary school, I thought it would be a long journey until I'm standing here, ready to face the world and how hard that is, thinking about what we're going to do if something happen. Now, I can feel the differences between I was in junior high and almost graduated from senior high. My plan is going to Semarang, learn law there, and do the internship with one of my favorite designer. I hope my plans run smoothly.

In high school I'm not the best student there, teachers and my parents always remind me to make a priority in my life, but sometimes I didn't do any priority, I just do whatever I want to do. Actually that's not good, for those who already great in making a priority, make people around you makes you as a good example. But the nice part is my parents always support me and I really do love my teachers, they're really act like our second parents in school, we can tell about our problems to them and they will be listen you carefully and give you the best solutions. While we're young, do a lots of things, never doubt to spread it to world, never afraid what people will judge you. Anyway, people always have their own critics WHATEVER we do, we speak, we look, we express ourselves. People love, people dislike, it's common :)

KNOCK KNOCK This week had been a really super busy week, preparing for Business Day (Eldest) in my high school really took a lot of time. Actually this program just started one year ago as the first generation. In this program (and this is required for all students) we learn how to make a business plan, thinking about what we're going to sell to consumer, what the consumer wants, how to make a design product, learn to make a good poster with some graphic design rules, make a advertisement that would attract people to see. And my group decided to sell chicken wings, why we choose chicken wings? Because we think that, chicken is a public consumption goods and everyone can take it easily. After decide what we're going to sell, we started to make a business plan, logo, motto, and collect money for initial capital. After through a long way, and try a secret recipe, we started to design the food box, I try to find an inspiration from behance.net It's an online portfolios from around the world, from the best graphic design and you can find a lot of high quality art there. After that we considering about the price and many other things. And voila! The Entrepreneur Day started to begin.

Beyond expectations the product that we sell was really be in demand, and after two hours our food was sold out! That was crazy until we wait 12 p.m. to bought some raw material in the nearest supermarket and restock again and we began the trading activities at 1 p.m. until 4.00 p.m. we were sold out again and close the stand. Yay! A lot of school think that this activities is quite complicated and takes a lot of time, whereas now we have to concentration and focus for national exam. But the founder of my high school is one of prominent educators and he said this is very important for our future, examinations never determine when we're growing up you're going to be successful or not. However, learn how to build a business is more important than the value that is printed on a white sheet of paper. THAT would decide what you're going to be, and we learnt so much about tolerance, patience, how to make a deal with people, push the output, and many more. From A to Z, we learnt from this. Thank you for the experience :)

Birthday Dinner

2ND OF JANUARY always be one of my favorite day of my entire life. In my 17th birthday I feel like, this is "how we live this life." Everything doesn't seems really beautiful and perfect like having a 5th birthday party. Everyone gives their attention to us. Not like that anymore, everything will be really pure right now, you can see your real friend who will be there for you every time you need them, never get upset for every squawk that we speak to them. That's the real friends because the real friend never mind every time we're getting out of control because we knew they will always love us whatever the problems, whenever, and however. Unfortunately, some of my friends can't attending my dinner because they're in holiday. By the way, the best part of my 17th birthday is, I go to school at that day because there is an extra class! Hahah a little tacky, but believe me I always through my birthday when holiday and I am having so much fun with my best-friends!

Getting older means you have more responsibilities to do. I have a responsibilities for my future, and keep my parents proud of me. My birthday was 2 days ago, and I just got this pictures from Adhie, yesterday noon, and I have to upload this picturesss to facebook and there was a lot of technical and internet problems make my heart getting warmer (I mean....explode..hahah) haaaa but after through a long time, I did it! Yay. By the way, I am really feeling sorry for my brother absence, he is really busy with his essay for his graduation this year. I pray the best for you bro :) Having dinner with everyone that you want to be there, surrounding you is really nice. It's simple, happy, and the most important thing is, you have to try your best everyone is really enjoying, you can't make them 100% happy but, at least enjoying without any blocking or something not good like that...yaaaa ahahehiae.

Best of 2013

THE LAST DAY OF 2013 This year has been a really really great year for me. I got a lot of opportunities and chances to expand and explore more about my dreams. I began this blog in 2012 but it doesn't work well until I decided to pause this blog for a while. As time flows, I start to think about, what I want for my life, what can I do to make my life better, what can I do for my future, am I just sit here quietly, sit in front of the whiteboard, write down what my teachers said, wearing uniform, go home, do some homework, graduate, then... many other my boring routine. I want to make some changing in my life, like something I didn't before. Do what my parents said, hftt it's so frustrating. Until one day, in February 2013 I tried to get a invitations for Indonesia Fashion Week 2013, watched a real fashion show. Walking in the corridor special for invitation is so greaaat! I still remember how it feels when I took a first step at fashion tent. The stage was so huge, the beat for the music echoed in the chest. Then I am really sure that, I want to be a fashion designer. One day, my parents and my best-friends will sit in the first row watching my collections to be shown. Amen. :)

After Indonesia Fashion Week 2013, I met my favorite Indonesian designer, Anne Avantie, and I got a chance to speak some word to her, talking about my future plans, and she gave me some advises, took some pics, gave me her book with her signature and she wrote down a motivating word in there, "Learn could be anywhere, not only at school, so keep going!" And she gives me a chance to learn from her one day if I already graduate from high school. Such a big pleasure. After that big moment, I took a trial class at Istituto di Moda Burgo, it's a Italian Fashion School, I learn more about the steps making a fashion sketch. Met a lot of inspiring people, by the way BIG thanks to my friend, Fiona Saldy because she told me about that school when she went to Italy :) after a lot of experience I had, I decided to start my blog again but this time, seriously, and consistent. Try to make this blog better, with a good contents, great quality of pictures and photography, try to show my personality through what I wear, and many more. 2013 is the year when I began this thing seriously, 2013 give me a lot of chance, then I hope 2014 would be better and shine bright than ever. Sayonara 2013!! LOVE:D

Thank you Allah because this year has been so great, thank you because I feel so blessed, thank you for everything I have right now, no matter is it good or bad or imperfect, but I'm sure that's the best for me. Thank you Mom for always be there for me, thank you Pap for always care about me, thank you best-friends for always be truth with me and accepting for who I am. CHESS FLOOR AND THE ALA ALA SKIRT Hahaha I don't know why I called this maxi pants-skirt as a "Ala ala" because I always love this pants. What I love about this thing? The color is so perfect for me and there is no difficulties to pairing this pants with any top I have. And the materials is so comfortable with silk and hmm... I don't know the other materials hehehe but this pants is so comfortable, I am 100% honest! I am pairing this pants with black tank top and the ethnic necklace. The special thing about this necklace is very unique. With red, green, and gold beads and stunning design makes this thing more perfect! I bought this at one craft event in Senayan, then I found this unique and only thing ethniq necklace.

Let's countdown 2 days before the New Year Eve! 2013 has been a great year for me. I got a lot of opportunities, like watched the biggest fashion event in this year, Indonesia Fashion Week 2013, and visited Jakarta Fashion Week 2014, the I met Anne Avantie, one of my favorite fashion designer, watched a lot of trunk show, and many more. I hope 2014 would be so much better than 2013! I would try my best to pursue my dreams! And you guys have to think about the resolutions for 2014. What would you do, what is your goal, and you have to positively make it true as strong as you can and never give up. Yeay New Year New Spirit!! xoxo.

After School Hours

4 DAYS BEFORE NEW YEAR I took a short term class in the holiday, this is my first time I go to school when holiday routinely. I do this because I think this is crucial ahead of the National Examinations. We learn Indonesian, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. After a half day in school, I go to one of the shopping center in Jakarta and take some pics. My friend Bisma help me doing this thing as a photographer, he is really kind and the funny part is when I did my makeup he always asked me, "what is that?" "how you do that?" he seems really interested with this while other people didn't say anything or comment.. I think wearing make up doesn't mean you're fake or you're trying to hiding your imperfections. Nobody's perfect, we just make it better as long as we know when we should wear make up in the right place and the right time. Anyway when you have already grown up, your metabolism not as good as young people then you need make up to make your face more fresh and seems more health! Why you give people 70% while you can make it 100%?

Can't wait for the new year eve! New Year is always been a great day great time for me! This city will be countdown together to the brand new year, the sound of the trumpet sounded everywhere in this town, everybody seems really happy, sparkling light everywhere decorate public places. The city government will held a party, we called it, "pesta rakyat". New Year is always fun because in the next day is my birthday! Who doesn't like birthday? We got a lot of greetings from our best-friends until our old friend that never been talked to us for a long time! It's great to keep your relationship in touch, and we also got a cake, and our family is get together warmly in the living room in front of TV, or maybe having a dinner together completely... Such a good little thing... And for the bonus is..presents! A great present is something (that is didn't have to expensive at all!) meaningful to us. Maybe something that we really really want for that time but there's is no time to buy it. Yeah like that... Happy holiday! :D

Christmas Goodies Wish List

TODAY IS CHRISTMAS EVE This is very exiting because the sale getting bigger! Yeay! Actually I'm not celebrating the Christmas eve because I am Muslim, but everyone seems really happy and the atmosphere getting hotter makes me want to write something about this. Then, I start to open my favorite web store such as H&M, net-a-porter, PeaceLoveShea, and many more and there are some looks came out of my mind. Then I remembered that I really really want to go to Santorini, Thira, Greece. Oh My God please, take me there, it is such a gorgeous place, it's like a heaven. Once I had an experience went to Saint Michael, it's like one area in one separate island. The wind in there is really strong, until I felt a little headache. But, I tell ya, there was so amazing in there. The width of the Street is only around 2 meters, and one store to another store is really close. I can give you the pictures of Saint Michael later, below.

Oh ya, I have never been to Greece, so I don't really understand how the situations are going there. But I think it's like Saint Michael, like a lot of separate islands. If one of you know about it, you can tell me about Santorini to me! I have to saving and earn money from now! Aahh, it's like my dream when the first time I went to Paris, I remember, I cry in front of Eiffel Tower hahaha. It's kinda diverge when I told you about Santorini, ya the first look that I made is inspired from that place. Imagining going to there...what would I wear there? It must be perfect with white maxi dress and sandals and ethnic necklace, so I decided to pick some stuff in some my favorite web store. Then I realized that...this is December! Indonesia wont be snowing, but I can still do some winter look, right? After find two perfect looks, I make a suitable cover for this post, thenn I opened my photoshop and got a lot of trouble..like the application doesn't work well. Argh you know it so well how it feels when the gadget try to make some war with you! But..after takes a lot of time, that is the result! Tadaaa!

PLAYING WITH TABLETOPIA I know it's a little bit childish when I try to play with tabletopia. Tabletopia is like a palette for drawing devoted for PC or laptop, so you can draw easily like you're drawing in the piece of paper with pencil, but not as easy as the reality..or maybe I'm not quite used to that thing hehehe :) I recomended for you guys who loves drawing to buy this and try this at your home, not my home.. Actually I have a question if one of you can help me.. I don't know how to make the portrait picture have a same width with the length of the landscape picture :( It feels very messy and I don't really like it but I don't know how to fix it. By the way I haven't do a photoshoot yet, so I don't have some new pictures for two days later, but I'm going to post like my christmas wish list or the newest news from designer. By the way the final episode of America's Next Top Model was in Bali, and I'm so proud for Tex Saverio and Luwi Saluadji. Tex Saverio is really famous with his brilliant design, and his creation had been wore by Lady Gaga for the magazine photoshot! Isn't great? And also I found many times of his "haute-couture" on the top magazine like Elle and Vogue! Once I met him in Ak'sa'ra (one of the bookstore in Jakarta), he is not really to tall, his hair is sooo black, he wore like a black jacket with black pants, and the point is-all-black! He was not show at all, like "here I am le Tex Saverio the greatest designer!"(ignore me if I'd like to say 'le' because I think it's really funny when you say it hahaha) whereas his designs are INSANELY AWESOME! He is too down to earth, j'adore!

What the most thing I love from that photo? I love it so much because it shows two difference sides of Jakarta. You can see a lot of buildings, and your eyes has been spoiled by the luxury of the shopping center. Left Chanel right balenciaga, aahh it's like a heaven on earth until the bill is coming! haha truth! But if you take a look deeper, you will find the place like under the bridge, people live and grow there with minimal electrical, but what I confuse is... where those people get the electricity if the goverment didn't gave it for those people? If the government gave that...is that legal? It's just an opinion and you guys can have other different opinions with me it's okaay :) Keep thinking!

BEST-FRIEND'S SWEATER I know Jakarta will not snowing, or even getting colder than ever, or going to be like any four-seasons country. But i's okay right to try something with sweater? I guess you all already recognize this sweater before... Yes! This is my best-friend's sweater, Nabilla. She wore this sweater when we went to Jakarta Fashion Week 2014. If you forgot, you can check and click "What We Were Doing at..." post. She bought this sweater in bershka..I think, I almost forgot. She bought it when she felt not really confident enough with her outfit that day, when I told her, "You're already chic enough, calm down you're pretty!" aaa but she still did that. Shopping. :) After looking around for a long time, at last we found the perfect two sweater, both are crop top, but this is better and you have to know!! Le faux feather of this sweater is reallyyyy soooffttt, I can not stop touching that thing that really really good thing off my hand, and we both agreed to bought that one. Then, I felt in love. With. That. Okay I love you, sweater :)

As you guys know that holiday is already in front of your eyes!! Having three weeks-off is really amazing, you can jump here and jump there, anytime without worrying about le stressful tasks! Like me, I don't have a lot of time when the school's begin, I mean for my non-academic passion, because it takes a lot of time..
